Delivery

UK Delivery

  • Once your order has been placed we will send you your Inkless/Fingerprint Kit (where applicable).
  • You then send us your print/impression/artwork either by post or email.
  • We begin work on your jewellery item. 
  • We aim to send you your completed jewellery item within 2-3 weeks of us receiving your print/impression/artwork/photo - not 3 weeks from order placement.  This allows for us to receive and complete your custom made order to the highest standards.   Please note during busy times we reserve the right to extend this period  to 4 weeks (i.e. Christmas, Mother's Day/Father's Day).  Please feel free to email us to gauge your estimated delivery date.  You may find you receive your order sooner during quiet spells. 

These are the UK delivery options:

For orders up to the value of £50 we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - £3.95

For orders where value exceeds £50 we use Royal Mail Special Delivery - £6.95

These prices reflect the price of postage and packaging relevant to insure the value and safety of the item in transit. 

International Shipping - i.e. Europe, Eire, USA, Canada & Worldwide

Estimated delivery to Europe is approx. 5-10 days on top of 2-3 weeks processing time and US and Canada is 1-2 weeks on top of processing time. 

Please note orders placed for overseas incur a different postal charge from UK shipping.

International Signed For Service will be used - £8.95

Please be aware that if you are ordering from USA or Canada you may be subject to customs duty or taxes on receipt of your item. My shipping charges do NOT include any duty or taxes assessed by your country – they are based on the shipping costs only. You will be responsible for any other fees associated with importing products into your country. Please check with your country’s postal operator for more information on ordering from overseas. This ensures that your items reach you safely. Airmail or International Signed For services will be used for overseas orders.

Priority Service

If you have a tight deadline - i.e. a birthday - a priority service is offered at an additional cost.  Please contact us for details and we will try and accomodate where possible. 

Lost Parcels

Replacement or refund is discretionary and will be considered after twenty working days have passed as this is the point at which an item is deemed as lost in relation to Royal Mail’s definition of a lost parcel.
