The pendant includes up to 4 Swarovski Birthstone crystals in your choice of colour and shape (round or bicone/xilion) - choose colours from Swarovski picture chart in listing (heart shape not included). Also included is 2 choices of sterling silver chains (ball chain shown in main photo) or snake chain.  Available in 16, 18 or 20 inch. Please advise me of your stone shapes, colours and children's names at time of sale. 

The detail on the pendant is oxidised and features a handmade silver tree of life disc with outer washer necklace shape featuring the names. The tree of life moves freely from the rest of the pendant. If there is any further customisation you require please email me for a quote.
